Mycotoxins are harmful secondary metabolites of a number of moulds. Especially indoors, these aerogenically transmissible metabolites may still be present even if the moulds have already been removed or killed. Without analysis for mycotoxins in the sampled environment, potential health risks are not adequately assessed.

The newly developed PolyTox-Check for the qualitative and quantitative determination of mycotoxins in indoor spaces enables experts to carry out meaningful analyses of mycotoxin contamination simply, quickly and reliably.
