Ongoing surveys by Dörre und Knauer* about the daily habits of adults in Germany established that we spend up to 90% of our time in buildings. The hygienic conditions in the room air therefore have a significant impact on our well-being and our health. We offer diverse services to investigate and analyse the air conditions to be able to guarantee pure air.

• Hygiene inspections in accordance with VDI 6022 for ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment
• Completeness and functional tests in accordance with DIN EN 12599 – Handover and control of HVAC systems
• Site inspection and production of a step-by-step renovation plan
• Energy inspections of ventilation systems according to §12 Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) 2014
• Mould investigation in surfaces and in the air
• Surface investigations on central plant components
• Determination of the air germ concentration, inside and outside, in accordance with the German Occupational Health and Safety Act according to VDI 6022
• Dust surface density measurement according to VDI 6022
• Feed water and/or circulation water investigation of evaporative cooling towers in accordance with VDI 2047 Sheet 2 and Sheet 3
• Risk assessment for evaporative cooling systems according to § 4 and 7 Biomaterial Regulation, § 3 Ordinance on Industrial Health and Safety and VDI 2047 Sheet 2
• Investigation and analysis of thermal comfort in accordance with DIN EN ISO 7730
• Detection of pollutants in the room air (VOC, formaldehyde, wood preservatives, plasticisers etc.)
• Technical acceptance in compliance with the standards according to VDI 6022
